Once you've found a cleaner and booked through us, there is no commitment - you can cancel your booking at any time, up to 23:00 the day

- 3. Choose from the available cleaners and choose a time for your first visit.
- 4. Fill out your account details and place the booking.

One of the key reasons we started Helpwiz is that we became aware of shocking stories of worker exploitation in the
cleaning business. Our mission is to provide a transparent way to book an independent cleaner, so cleaners don't need to work for
companies that mis-classify or exploit them. As such, all cleaners listed on Helpwiz:
- Set their own available times.
- Set their own work area.
- Set their own hourly rates.
- Are responsible for their own work (without being managed by us in any way).
We take a small commission to cover platform costs, advertising costs and the guarantees we provide to the clients and cleaners. Everything else
goes directly to the cleaner. No cleaner on Helpwiz earns less than £9.50 per hour.
When you find and book a cleaner on Helpwiz, your booking is with the cleaner you've chosen. We as a platform will
not change your cleaner or replace them unless:
- They don't accept your initial booking,
- They permanently cancel your booking or
- They leave the platform and are no longer available for booking.
In either of the cases above, we will replace the cleaner with another cleaner with equivalent or better pricing and equipment, or present you with options
if we cannot find an exact replacement. In all other cases, you will keep the same cleaner for every visit.
